> SubTotal is an invoicing, quote, estimate, PDF billing, and e-invoicing app for Windows, Android, iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

SubTotal helps freelancers, small business owners, contractors, consultants, and service providers create professional PDF invoices, quotes, and estimates across devices. It can customize PDFs with logos, colors, fonts, and layouts, mark invoices as paid, create invoices from WorkingHours time tracking data, and create e-invoices in formats such as ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, and Factur-X. Optional cloud sync can keep invoice data available across devices. Some advanced features require SubTotal Pro, which is a one-time purchase for the specific app variant; there is no subscription.
